Looking to lose weight, get toned and become stronger, faster, and healthier? Welcome to One2One Fitness in Exeter.

As an ex-professional rugby union player, I have a proven successful background in sports, training, conditioning, and nutrition. After 12 years in the game, I retired from my Rugby Union career and began working as a personal trainer. This has led to me starting One2One Fitness and Lifestyle to help people just like you to get more from their diet and workout. Helping you to achieve your fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight, tone up, or build muscular endurance.

I work with clients on a one-to-one basis, tailoring nutrition plans, work outs, and lifestyle change recommendations to the individual. No matter what your personal training goals, I’m here to guide you and help keep you focused, whilst having fun along the way! My personal training sessions take place in a private studio with a wide range of fitness equipment to get the best results in relation to your individual goals . We are based on Sowton Industrial Estate on the edge of Exeter, this makes us easy to access from the centre of Exeter and the motorway.

    The first step is a phone call, we’ll talk through your fitness, weight loss or training goals and arrange a suitable time for an initial meeting.

  • Initial Consultation

    Step 2, meet up, talk through your current lifestyle and fitness levels, I’ll do a short physical assessment and then we’ll agree goals and plans.

  • Training

    The training and nutritional plans will be at your pace to fit your lifestyle. We’ll regularly review your progress and set future goals.

The first step starts with a consultation. This is completely free of charge and you’re under no obligation to continue. This session gives us both chance to get to know each other and discuss your personal fitness aims. We’ll take a few moments to discuss your background, your lifestyle, and your current level of fitness; from here we’ll set your personal training goals and I’ll explain how I can help you to achieve them using a tailored fitness regime and nutrition plan.

We know that it’s not always possible for our clients to spend a couple of hours every day with us, and that’s no problem. We’ll tailor the programme to fit in with your lifestyle, giving you tips and regimes to do at home and work, to keep up and better the work you do whilst you’re here in our studio.
