This session gives us both chance to get to know each other and discuss your personal fitness aims. We’ll take a few moments to discuss your background, your lifestyle, and your current level of fitness; from here we’ll set your personal training goals and I’ll explain how I can help you to achieve them using a tailored fitness regime and nutrition plan.

We know that it’s not always possible for our clients to spend a couple of hours every day with us, and that’s no problem. We’ll tailor the programme to fit in with your lifestyle, giving you tips and regimes to do at home and work, to keep up and better the work you do whilst you’re here in our studio. We are conveniently located on the outskirts of Exeter, giving clients for surrounding areas easy access to our services.
