Hi my name is Altan Ozdemir (oz) I’m the owner of one 2 one fitness and lifestyle.

I wanted to set up an environment where we can train and look after our clients effectively in a wide range of fitness templates including strength, power, speed endurance, strength endurance, weight loss management , saq, hand eye coordination and boxing.

I also wanted to create a unique space where the focus is solely on the client no other people in the gym, no waiting for equipment, no distractions, which in my humble opinion makes for a better product

Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning

As an ex-professional sportsman, my career has involved all aspects of fitness, nutrition, strength and conditioning. My background has principally been in the sport of Rugby Union, starting in 1994 when I played for Bristol, before moving to Harlequins in 1996, and then onto Bedford in 1999. After a spell with Leeds from 2000 to 2002, I played for Exeter Chiefs, until 2005 when I moved on to play with the Championship side, Plymouth Albion.

My passion is in training and making positive changes to people’s lives. I love working with people and my aim is to make sure that you achieve your ultimate goal with a smile on your face, through laughter…and pain!

I’ve been training from a very young age and have experienced all it’s high and lows. I have amassed a huge amount of experience of proven training, conditioning and nutritional methods. I am now able to use this knowledge to help you to achieve your goals.

Adam Rooke

Adam has been a successful PT for a number of years now. From a desk job to following your dreams is a big step, one that requires masses of determination and dedication to succeed.

He actively competes in many running events throughout the year, you may have seen him at parkrun! After taking on distances from 100m up to full Marathon, understanding the pressures and challenges for distances in between, his focus is mainly on 100m and 5km with some huge distinct goals within these distances!

Adams’ passion within the industry has enabled him to gain qualifications not only in 1-2-1 coaching, but also in strength and conditioning, Insanity!, group cycling, outdoor/indoor circuits, martial arts, rugby coaching, nutrition as a fuel….the list goes on!

In summary, his determination to succeed and deliver, coupled with a competitive edge allows him to adapt and create unique sessions tailored to your needs. No 2 sessions are the same, every one is fun and well managed.

Rich believes that to change someone on the outside you need to help them make differences on the inside, how they view the world they in. He has generally found that anyone who has weight issues believes that they can not change the way they are, which comes down to confidence in them selfies succeeding and not having that fear of failure. This is where he believes he can together make the biggest difference to someone.
