The process starts with a free initial consultation. This will be a very relaxed chat to determine where you are right now, where you want to be, and discuss how we might be able to help you to get you there. This free consultation is run on a no-obligation basis and is as much for us to see if we can help you, as it is for you to see if we’re the ones for you!

Following the initial consultation, Oz will devise a exercise and diet regime that is tailored to your lifestyle. This regime will be designed to help you to achieve your dream body healthily and realistically, taking into account your current health and fitness levels.

The Bridge

We use a highly effective coaching model called The Bridge. This process starts with an assessment to gauge where you are now and set a target weight and goals. Using this information as a starting point, we’ll then build a fully personalised nutrition and diet regime to bridge that gap.

During your initial consultation, we’ll chat about:

Doing this enables us to build a pretty clear picture of how your lifestyle may be influencing your diet and weight, so don’t be shy – be honest! We often find that clients are “stuck in their ways” and sometimes just breaking small habits or making simple changes can really help to reach goals sooner.

Your Training Programme

If you’re serious about reaching your goals, then a One2One training programme is what you need. Your personal training programme will include workouts to do both here at the fitness centre, and at home, as well as nutritional advice and diet plans if necessary.

Once you’ve signed up, the first session will be about testing your current fitness level in order to get all of those vital facts and figures. This will involve:

  • Fitness tests
  • Discussing your current diet and nutrition (what you like, allergies, % of carbs, proteins, fats etc)
  • Setting diet plans
  • Planning training regimes
  • Chat about how we may refine diet and training plans over time as you get closer to your goals

Easy Access Facilities in Exeter

We know that it’s not always possible for our clients to spend a couple of hours every day with us, and that’s no problem. We’ll tailor the programme to fit in with your lifestyle, giving you tips and regimes to do at home and work, to keep up and better the work you do whilst you’re here in our studio. We are conveniently located on the outskirts of Exeter, giving clients for surrounding areas easy access to our services.
