We’ve launched a new class on Saturdays 1 pm at the studio.
The class is a beginners to intermediate weight lifting class wWith Tom Hiscock focusing on and progressing squats / deadlifts and benchpress.
The class is female friendly and all abilities are welcome from complete novice to intermediate. Each week one of the three movements is focused on with tips and also how to implement into your training.
Tom is a personal trainer and competitive power lifter with several years experience in the sport and coaching it.
