Learn To Lift: Weights Class – Saturday 9AM
An inclusive beginner-friendly class demonstrating how to perform the key lifts used in the gym. Learn the basics of how to perform weight training correctly and efficiently to both be safe and also maximise the benefits that can be gained from your training. Ideal for those unsure of how to do movements, those lacking in confidence and those that feel there is something missing from the execution of their lifts. Each class will involve demonstrations, answering of questions and the time to practice in a fun and non-judgemental environment.
The class is female friendly and all abilities are welcome from complete novice to intermediate. Each week one of the three movements is focused on with tips and also how to implement into your training.
Tom is a personal trainer and competitive power lifter with several years experience in the sport and coaching it.
