Rich believes that to change someone on the outside you need to help them make differences on the inside, how they view the world they in. He has generally found that anyone who has weight issues believes that they can not change the way they are, which comes down to confidence in them selfies succeeding and not having that fear of failure. This is where he believes he can together make the biggest difference to someone.

Tom Hiscock
Having struggled with bodyweight problems through his formative years Tom discovered a drive to help people overcome similar barriers in their lives. To accomplish this, Tom uses a combination of evidence-based and intuitive approaches to training to develop programmes that are both effective and enjoyable. He believes that enabling self-sufficiency is key to long-term progress and actively encourages discussion around his clients training and nutrition. Tom is currently a competitive power lifter, with a background in numerous other sports including competitive golf and hockey.

Adam Rooke
Adam has been a successful PT for a number of years now. From a desk job to following your dreams is a big step, one that requires masses of determination and dedication to succeed.
He actively competes in many running events throughout the year, you may have seen him at parkrun! After taking on distances from 100m up to full Marathon, understanding the pressures and challenges for distances in between, his focus is mainly on 100m and 5km with some huge distinct goals within these distances!
Adams’ passion within the industry has enabled him to gain qualifications not only in 1-2-1 coaching, but also in strength and conditioning, Insanity!, group cycling, outdoor/indoor circuits, martial arts, rugby coaching, nutrition as a fuel....the list goes on!
In summary, his determination to succeed and deliver, coupled with a competitive edge allows him to adapt and create unique sessions tailored to your needs. No 2 sessions are the same, every one is fun and well managed.
