We’re launching Sunday morning Bootcamps, starting on November 7th at 10am with Adam. This will run weekly and will be a mixture of weight training and cardiovascular conditioning in a boot camp style. All abilities are welcome, the sessions will have an emphasis I’m being challenging. After your first class the price will be £5 / week.
