Rich was recommended to me as a personal trainer when I was looking for ways to strengthen my body to deal with a persistent back problem.
Five years on, the back problem is a distant memory and I continue, literally, to go from strength to strength People ask me why I train, expecting me to have a major goal…I do, but not the one they are expecting.
I train because I want to be as fit as I can to get the most out of life, be it gardening, sailing, yoga, or carrying my 3 year old grandson (who weighs 16kg) when he gets too tired to walk.
Rich makes training enjoyable; I look forward to our weekly one to one sessions, and feel motivated to do the work outs he sets me between sessions. With his help and gentle encouragement I have lifted weights I never thought possible.
His flexible and supportive approach is invaluable as I continue on my journey to being the fittest I can be, so that I can truly live my life to the full.
