James is a fantastic PT. He was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. Before I started with James I was feeling unfit and unmotivated and really did not know what I was doing in the gym. After working with James my confidence was back and I was looking and feeling great. James made the sessions interesting by showing me a wide range of exercises and he kept it fun and kept me motivated. He is also very knowledgeable on diet and healthy daily routines which we chatted about at all of our sessions. James advised me on what I should be eating and how much I should be eating to meet the targets I had set myself in the gym. James is a really nice guy which made getting going in the gym easy and once I got going I really looked forward to our sessions during the week. I cannot recommend James enough as a PT.
