My hope when I first started to work with James was to create achievable exercise habits for my physical and psychological well-being. James is the little voice in my head prompting me to keep going when life and excuses get in the way. His gentle, respectful yet firm manner, with a good dose of humour, has helped me to push myself past my excuses for not being more active. I would not hesitate in recommending him.
