A fitness Trainer who genuinly loves his work, and seems to gain extra energy from your achievements.
work out plans that will test you, to a high level, but not break you, leaving you with enough energy to go again.
A Trainer who will watch and observe, giving top advice on the finer points of form, while still giving or helping you keep confidence. A Trainer who will gladly join in with you, feeling your pain, going that extra few seconds and showing he can also drop the bar, take a knee and feel unable to carry on, yet still find the energy to talk you through.
I would say the best part of this for me was the welcome, unlike a lot of gyms and PT sessions the welcome was warm, happy and completely un intimidating, and that theme continued through out the session.
I left feeling confident, enthusiastic, and shattered… exactly how you should feel
10/10 for me.
