Your Training Programme
If you’re serious about reaching your goals, then a One2One training programme is what you need. Your personal training programme will include workouts to do both here at the fitness centre, and at home, as well as nutritional advice and diet plans if necessary.
Once you’ve signed up, the first session will be about testing your current fitness level in order to get all of those vital facts and figures. This will involve:
- Fitness tests
- Discussing your current diet and nutrition (what you like, allergies, % of carbs, proteins, fats etc)
- Setting diet plans
- Planning training regimes
- Chat about how we may refine diet and training plans over time as you get closer to your goals
Easy Access Facilities in Exeter
We know that it’s not always possible for our clients to spend a couple of hours every day with us, and that’s no problem. We’ll tailor the programme to fit in with your lifestyle, giving you tips and regimes to do at home and work, to keep up and better the work you do whilst you’re here in our studio. We are conveniently located on the outskirts of Exeter, giving clients for surrounding areas easy access to our services.
